Return Policy
If you decide an item isn't the right fit, Fresh Kids offers a 7-day exchange and return policy. The 7-day timeframe starts when an item is delivered, not when the order is placed.
Baby and children's items
We offer store credit if returned within 7 days.
Maternity/nursing items
We offer a full refund, issued to the original form of payment. Items are to be mailed or returned back to Fresh Kids.
Unfortunately, due to ever-increasing shipping costs, we are unable to pay for return shipping costs.
Please note:
- Items must be returned in the condition that you received them.
- Original shipping charge for returned items will not be refunded.
